REFUND POLICY

Returns

Thank you for your purchase of our services. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Refunds (if applicable)
All refund requests must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at studio@ideabrews.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)
Studio Recording, Voice Artists, Transportation Expenses, Professional Fees paid cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchange of one service to other service is possible after considering the cost already incurred on the current service. Detail email for changes required in service to be sent to us at studio@ideabrews.com
